Probation

It is the mission of the Owyhee County Probation Department to reduce the likelihood that offenders brought to the attention of the Court will continue to violate the law by imposing accountability for offenses committed, equipping offenders with required competencies to live productively and responsibly and ensuring adequate protection in the community.
