The Assessor’s Office locates, identifies and establishes an assessed value on all real and personal property located within the county as required by Idaho Code. The office also maintains the plat book and other mapping records required by Idaho Code to show the location of real property within the county. The records maintained within the office are open for public inspection and review. These records are available at the Murphy Courthouse during our regular office hours.

In the gray bar above is a link to the county’s GIS Parcel Map. You can find information about individual properties on the map by either zooming in to the area you are interested in or searching for a parcel by clicking “Parcel Search” at the top of the page. Once you find the parcel you are interested in, click the “Identify” button at the top and then click on the parcel. This will bring up additional information about that parcel on the left-hand side of your screen.

For DMV questions, driver’s license questions, and transactions over the phone, please call the Murphy DMV office at 208-482-3090.  If you are not able to get through, you may call the Assessor’s office at 208-495-2817 with questions.

**The front walkway/entrances of our Marsing DMV location will be under construction for the next few weeks. We will remain open for business but some entrances, and the handicap ramp, will be closed for part of the construction time. Thank you for your patience during this time.**

**The Grand View DMV will be open Thursday, December 26th and Thursday January 2nd since Christmas and New Year’s fall on a Wednesday this year**
