On-site wedding requests can be made of the judge by calling the courthouse and confirming a date of availability. The fee is $150.00 cash only. If you would like the judge to also appear at a rehearsal, there is an addition $150.00 fee. Payment in cash and presentation of the marriage license must be made at least five days before the ceremony, or the judge will not appear.

Weddings can also be scheduled at the courthouse on any weekday that the judge is in and available. The wedding can be held in the courtroom or outside. The wedding certificate must be brought in at the time of the ceremony.
