The Assessor’s Office locates, identifies and establishes an assessed value on all real and personal property located within the county as required by Idaho Code. The office also maintains the plat book and other mapping records required by Idaho Code to show the location of real property within the county. The records maintained within the office are open for public inspection and review. These records are available at the Murphy Courthouse during our regular office hours.

You can find information about individual properties on the map by either zooming in to the area you are interested in or searching for a parcel by address, parcel number, or owner name at the top of the page. Once you find the parcel you are interested in, click anywhere inside the parcel lines to bring up additional information about that parcel.
