Court Records 

If you would like to examine or have copies of public court records, you may do so by filling out the request form and submitting it to the court.

The Judge will examine your request and respond as to whether your request is approved or denied.

A time will then be arranged for you to come in and examine the documents or file in the presence of a court clerk. Or if prior payment is made, we can mail, fax or email the documents.

We typically try to honor all requests within ten days, and for extreme emergencies, can often complete in one day depending on the court schedule.

If you would like copies of any materials that you examine, there will be a charge assessed. The charge for copies of court papers is $1.00 per page, and .25¢ per page for all non-court papers.
