Payment Methods
Court fine payments can be made in person in either Murphy or Homedale or you can mail in your payment.
You can also pay fines and post cash bonds online.
Credit/Debit card payments can be made by calling the Murphy Courthouse. There is a 3.5% Convenience Fee that is added to each credit/debit card transaction.

Go to the iCourt Portal at: mycourts.idaho.gov and click on “Make Payments”.

What payment types do you accept?
Cash, Checks, Debit or Credit Card (additional 3.5% fee)
Do I have to appear in Court for my infraction citation?
No, unless you want to contest the charge. If you intend to plead guilty, then you need to pay the fine by the appearance date.
Can I apply for a restraining order and how much does it cost to file?
You can apply for a Civil Protection Order at no cost.
Where can I find packets/required documents for filings?
Is there someone at the Courthouse who can help me fill out the paperwork?
