First page is $10.00 plus $3.00 for each additional page within the document.

• Deeds and Reconveyances are a flat fee of $15.00
• Mortages and deeds of Trust are $45.00
• Power of Attorney is $25.00
• Assessment Work (Mining) $10.00 for 1st page and $3.00 for each additional page
• Recording of Other Documents $10.00 for 1st page and $3.00 for each additional page
• Copies of recorded documents are $1.00 per page and can be emailed using your credit card over the phone.
• Owyhee County Clerk copies of recorded documents may be Certified for $1.00
• Plats $11.00 each for first 100 lots or less. .05 more for each additional lot after the first 100
• Records of Survey $5.00 per page
• Conform Survey $1.00 each
• Copy of Survey or highway or right of way plat (large paper) $5.00
• Marriage Licenses are $28.00
• $2.00 plus mailing for the certified copy of recorded marriage license needed for name change or passport.

Owyhee County does not currently have an online document/records search, however; we do offer public computers for your use at our Clerk’s office in Murphy.
